Where Is the Best Place to Buy Christmas Lights?

It's time to put up Christmas lights! Every year, I think I need more lights than I had the year before...or I discover that all my Christmas lights are broken from the year before.

I should buy Christmas lights after Christmas so that I can buy them on sale. But every year after Christmas I am broke so I end up buying Christmas lights in November. If there is a good deal out there, I would like to know about it.
