When places go out of business in the Magic Valley, it can be sad. Each place closes for a different reason, and each place connects to the community differently. Sometimes it is a local place, and someone's dream of owning their own business comes to an end. Sometimes it is a big chain looking to close locations that are underperforming or are downsizing nationwide. Other times, it is a chain that completely goes out of business, or perhaps a place where owners failed to do everything they needed to when it comes to keeping customers happy. Whatever the reason, when these places close, it stings a bit. A recent place closed in the Magic Valley, and you could own a part of this once popular eating establishment, and the things that made it great and memorable.

Perkins Closed in Twin Falls

Perkins in Twin Falls has closed. The restaurant, located at 1564 Blue Lakes Boulevard, has been in the Magic Valley for years and was a popular spot for locals to not only eat, but to meet up with friends, family, fellow churchgoers, and to even get food from on the holidays if they didn't feel like cooking. The restaurant closed unexpectedly at the beginning of December 2025 and has remained closed. Hope was high that they would reopen soon, but signs are beginning to point towards that not happening. It is not a good sign when an auction is being held to sell off things inside the restaurant and bakery that are needed to run the business. You could own part of Perkins in Twin Falls, either as a keepsake or to start your own restaurant in the Magic Valley.

Own A Part of Perkins Restaurant and Bakery in Twin Falls

If you were someone who enjoyed eating at Perkins often and it was one of your favorite spots, you could own some of the restaurant to keep at home, or you could start your own restaurant in the Magic Valley. On Saturday, January 24, there will be an auction of equipment, displays, and things from inside Perkins. The auction will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday and will be conducted by Bennett Mountain Auction Services. There will be a variety of things for sale, like the air fryer, utensils, bakery racks, storage racks, signs, the juice maker, and much more.
