Oscar's has three locations throughout San Diego, with one in Pacific Beach, one in Hillcrest, and another in North Pacific Beach. All locations are open from 8 AM to 9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 10 PM Friday and Saturday. They offer breakfast burritos, tortas, and a variety of seafood tacos.
