NASA has just reminded us how we looked 10 years ago from way up high. Two new images from 2007 have now been made available to the public.

These pictures were taken from the International Space Station. The one above was taken on April 14, 2007. Same story for this one taken the same day focusing more on the Snake River.


Even from this distance, you can see our area and how much commercial development that has happened since. It's not like we were driving covered wagons back in 2007. But, 10 years is still 10 years. Since that time, we have like 10 times the number of payday loan companies alone.

The other takeaway I have looking at these pics may make you laugh. I had forgotten what we looked like without snow or ice all over the place. Spring, where are you?
