Would You Buy a House Next To a Relative? [POLL]

Some good friends of mine have been looking for a house for a couple of years and they haven't been able to find the perfect house for the perfect price.

They were about to give up until they came across a newly listed house that seemed perfect. Over the weekend they went to look at the house. They feel in love with it! There was only one problem. It was right next door to some relatives of theirs.

This posed a small problem, not because they don't like the relatives, but because they value their privacy.
