Submit Pictures For the 2026 Idaho Summer Pet Photo Contest

The summer weather and the summer fun have arrived in Idaho. What you do with the season of heat is up to you, but whatever you do, get a picture of your pets this summer for a chance to win great prizes.

An added bonus is that you get to document your summer and show off your pets to everyone else.

Remember, this is a photo contest, so make sure you get the best picture possible before you hit submit in the form below. Blurry pictures, pictures that are screenshots from your phone, pictures with words or emojis added, and photos with people (your kids are cute, but keep them out of these pictures) will not be eligible for the contest.

We are looking for all types of pets for the contest. If your pet is traditional, like a cat or a dog, send us a picture. If your pet is a goldfish, an alpaca, a raccoon, or something else less common - send us a picture. Just remember to make sure it is a good quality photo and follows these rules:

Rules For The Summer Pet Photo Contest

• Submit your photo using the form below. Only pictures submitted through the form will be allowed.
• Include the pet's name and the owner's name.
• Only JPG or PNG files are allowed for submission. Do not add any graphics, emojis, or text to the pictures.
• Do not include people in the pictures, not even fingers, feet, or adorable babies - this contest is all about your pet.
• The deadline to enter the contest is 11:59 p.m. MST on June 30th, 2026.
• Finalists will be chosen by employees of Townsquare Media and posted on our website for voting beginning on July 1st, 2026, through midnight on the 14th.
• The winner will be announced after the contest closes, following winner verification and prize choice.
• Prizes will be awarded to the top three photos based on votes. Prizes are: 1 Overnight stay at Cactus Pete's with food voucher, 4 Roaring springs passes, or 2 Lagoon passes.
