What would you do? What would you do if you were given an offer to sell your home? How much would it cost for you to say yes? If you accept the offer would you move out of Idaho? Would you move across town? Would you move to someplace else in Idaho? If offered enough would you say yes, no, or demand more money? What would you do?

Idaho is a fast-growing state, and more and more companies, retail chains, and restaurant chains are moving into the Gem State, and they have certain locations they desire. If your home is in a neighborhood, you likely have nothing to worry about, but with some homes in prime locations, one day an offer may come to buy your home to make room for commercial property. If and when that knock comes, what would you do? What would be the price that convinces you to sell a home you have lived in for years or that your children have grown up in? What is the cost it would take for you to agree to move out of your current home?

Those who are born and raised in Idaho likely do not want to see new businesses move into town, but if given a significant offer to sell your home, would you be able to turn it down, or would you have to accept it to help better your family's life? Depending on how much you bought your home for, how much above that value would a place have to go to convince you to move? Once you sold your house would you stay in Idaho and continue to live and work the same job, or would you view it as an opportunity to move elsewhere? Would you buy a bigger home in the same town, or would you move to another part of Idaho or a neighboring town to change your location?

With Idaho continuing to grow each year, it is a matter of time before homes located in prime areas are bought out and turned into shopping centers, restaurants, or other companies. As this process happens more and more homes that have stood the test of time in Idaho will be knocked down. If you own a home that falls into this category, and the offers come rolling in, when do you sell, or do you hold out and keep your home, despite being offered good money? What would you do?
