This month's Hometown Hero highlights some of our Twin Falls area firefighters. After reading over another great selection of nominees, 95.7 KEZJ has three nominations for you to vote for. Here's some information about our finalists for this month's Duran Group's Hometown Hero.

Bud Comfort

From the person who nominated Bud:  This guy right here volunteers on the fire department and QRU in Filer. [Bud] has helped so many people and would give anyone the shirt off his back. My father was really sick and he was the first one there every time we need medical advice.

Taylor Hunsaker

From the person who nominated Taylor: Taylor has been a fire fighter for several years. He is always going out of his way to help others day or night whether he’s working or not.  He has made many sacrifices for this community and many others.

Fred McDonald

From the person who nominated Fred: Fred has been a firefighter for the last 15 years. He truly has a heart of gold.  He always puts other people first before himself and never says no to anyone who needs a helping hand. He loves the thrill of his job and has a true passion for it.  He genuinely loves helping people!
