This is a must-watch video. Two doctors from the Texas Heart Institute have successfully saved a terminal man's life by extracting his heart and implanting two rotors.

The patient, Craig Lewis, is a 55-year-old, dying from Amyloidosis, which causes a build-up of abnormal proteins. The proteins were clogging Craig's heart and causing it to stop working. At the time of the surgery he was estimated to have 12 to 24 hours to live.

This amazing medical procedure that leaves Craig without a heartbeat, but leaves him alive.

Amazing.
