For decades, the question has been asked about does size matter. The question can refer to many things. Does the size of your house matter? Does the size of your car matter? Does the size of your bank account matter? The question can be interrupted in how you want to take it, but typically it refers to body parts. In today's society, most of us feel we are judged in some way on how we dress, and how we look, and it has caused many to make changes to their lifestyles. Returning to the question, does size matter? According to a recent study, when it comes to women in Idaho, breast size does indeed matter, and it can affect them in more ways than you realize.

Growing up, many girls are self-conscious when they first develop breasts. Guys take notice of them and they become the center of attention, and often comments follow, or perhaps other girls take notice and are jealous and make mean comments. The older we get, these comments fade and typically life goes on. According to a recent study though from researchers at Texas A&M International University, those comments and feelings may not fade. According to their research, women with larger breasts are likely to deal with more aggression not from men, but from women. Similar to the days of middle school, women view other women with larger breasts as a threat.

Women with smaller breasts find women with cups C size or bigger to be threats and force them to be aggressive, rude, and mean to them. While pointing fingers at women is easy, it might be men who cause this aggressiveness and jealousy. According to the study, men prefer women with larger breasts, and women with small ones resent women who have larger ones, bringing out the aggression. It all comes back to men giving women attention for the wrong reasons. The men's preferences are driving competition between women. According to the study, the sagginess of big breasts was not viewed as a threat. The thought is that the age of women may play a factor, as younger women feel more threatened and act more aggressively towards women with larger breasts.

It may seem silly, but despite the world evolving and everyone being encouraged to accept everyone, a small thing like breast size can affect how women treat each other. Is it men that are causing this aggressiveness or is it women being self-conscious and mean? No matter if you have big ones, small ones, or none at all, you shouldn't let what others have affect you.
