Guy Scares Trick-or-Treaters by Sitting on His Porch in Costume Then Coming to Life . . . And Made Two Little Girls Cry

This dude set up a camera to record himself sitting on his porch in a scary costume on Halloween.  Then he "came to life" to scare people.

But when he did it to two little girls, they started crying and running away and one of them freaked out a little.  

You can tell that he felt bad about it... but what can you do?  He meant no harm.

And hey... Who hands out bags of chips on Halloween?  Odd.
