A Guide to Holiday Lights in Southern Idaho
It's that time of year when everyone wants to spread Christmas cheer. To help celebrate the season, we've made a list of all the awesome light displays around southern Idaho and some just a bit further out of the area. Boise
-Winter Garden Aglow: Located at the Botanical Gardens in Boise
Caldwell
-Indian Creek Park: Caldwell really lights up their creekside, with more than one-million LED Christmas lights in their display.
Idaho Falls
-Idaho Falls Zoo: They'll be having special events through the holiday season. You can check them out here.
Meridian
-The Village: The shopping center has a small ice rink and also has a fountain display with water that dances to the holiday music.
-Scentsy Commons: This display has a giant tunnel you can walk through and is free to the public.
Ogden, UT
-Ogden Christmas Village: Nearly 3/4 of a million lights are used in this display if you make the drive.
Rupert
-Rupert Square: The area is being called "Christmas City" for the holiday debut.
Salt Lake City, UT
-Temple Square Lights: This year the lights are set to inspire from November 29th to December 31st, 2019.
Twin Falls
-Christmas in the Nighttime Sky: It's one night only on November 29, but it's definitely worth going to.
-The Candy Cane House: Located on the intersection of Filer Ave. and Polk Street.
-Corner of Bracken and Filer Ave.: This home definitely has the holiday spirit.
-Festival of Lights: Downtown Twin Falls
-Orton Botanical Gardens: Open nightly from 6-10 p.m.
