What would you do? What would you do if you could save one of the businesses that closed in Twin Falls in 2022? You can only save one, but which one do you choose? Do you pick one that was a place you enjoyed shopping? Do you pick one of the chains, that while no longer in Twin Falls you can find in Boise or someplace else? Do you pick a store that was local that you enjoyed and couldn't find anywhere? Do you go to a retail store or to a place that you enjoyed eating at? The choice would be tough, but which store would you save, and how often would you visit if it remained open? The stores all closed for a reason, so what would change if they were saved? The power is yours and you can save one store, what would you do?

Unfortunately, many stores closed in Twin Falls last year, and all for different reasons. Some are leaving in the coming weeks, some have gone online only, while others have seen their doors closed for good. While chains closing is unfortunate, odds are high they may return one day, or if not, you can drive to Boise and Salt Lake and likely still shop there. When local stores leave, it is sad, knowing they will likely never return. Sometimes it can be a store you enjoyed but didn't visit often enough, or perhaps it was a food place that you liked but forgot about. While the carousel of stores coming in and out of Twin Falls will not stop, if you could save one of the stores that have closed or are going to soon, which store would you save?

When it comes to saving one store, each person will have a different answer and logic, but deciding will be tough for everyone. The first choice would be to decide between retail or food and then deciding which type. Bringing Maxie's back would make plenty of people happy, and be an option, but having Scramble City Comics back for those that enjoy comic books would also be a hit. You could save stores going out soon like Bed Bath and Beyond, which is a popular store, but would bringing a chain back play a factor in your decision? Having one in town is more convenient, but you can find it elsewhere. For people that like old video games, bringing back Retro Games and Entertainment may be a good choice, but the store does still exist in Nampa. Like Bed Bath and Beyond, it would be closer but is still possible to visit, unlike Maxie's.

While the decision would be tough and you may regret not choosing another place later, the thought of saving one of these places is fun. As for me, I would have to bring back Maxie's. As an avid disc golfer, I thought of bringing back DGDC, but seeing how much of the product and the owner is located at Toy Town, I decided against that. Being able to enjoy Maxie's lasagna and pizza again would be nice, and you can't find it anywhere else. If you had to power to bring back a store that was lost in 2022, what would you do?
