Have Fun at 10 Events This November Weekend in the Magic Valley

There are Christmas-themed, fall-themed, and many more events taking place this weekend around Southern Idaho. While decorating for the holiday will be near the top for many on weekends, it shouldn't be the only thing you are doing. Thursday, November 13 - CSI Men's Basketball

The CSI men's basketball team is off to a fantastic start to their season, as they currently are 5-0 and rolling right along. Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15 - Cowboy Christmas

Christmas is fast approaching, and now is the time to begin shopping to help spread out money and to make sure you get everything you want and need for the holiday season. A great place to start your holiday shopping is at Cowboy Christmas, which is put on by The Gold Buckle Club. The event will be happening at the Twin Falls County Fairgrounds on Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM both days. Admission into the event is $5. Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15 - Country Road Craft Market

This is a great weekend to shop and support local, and to do plenty of holiday shopping. The Country Road Craft Market will be taking place this weekend in Buhl at Buhl Bible Church. The market will be happening Friday and Saturday from noon to 8 PM on Friday and from 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. Admission into the event is free. Friday, November 14 - Holiday Stock Your Cellar

With the holidays approaching, some important meals are happening soon. For those who may not often drink, during the holidays is when they will break that rule and perhaps have a glass of wine. If you aren't sure what wines match best with certain foods or which one to get, you should attend Holiday Stock Your Cellar at Rudy's in downtown Twin Falls this Friday, beginning at 6 PM. Friday, November 14 - D Yes & D

Dungeons and Dragons isn't for everyone, but it has gained popularity over the last few years. Most people enjoy having a good laugh. When you combine Dungeons and Dragons with comedy, you get D Yes & D, an improv comedy show with a Dungeons and Dragons theme. Friday, November 14 and Sunday, November 16 - 'The Hello Girls'

If you enjoy history and musicals, 'The Hello Girls' is a must-see. The musical takes you back to World War I and is about women who were telephone operators during this time. The musical will have performances on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with shows being at 7 PM on Friday and Saturday and at 2 PM on Sunday. If you enjoy live music, specifically the symphony, then you need to get to one of the concerts this weekend. The Magic Valley Symphony will be teaming up with Magic Valley Chorale this weekend, and it will be happening at the Fine Arts Building at CSI this Friday and Saturday. Saturday, November 15 - Fall Vendor Vault

As mentioned above, this is a great weekend to get out and do some shopping. While some events are already focused on Christmas, others are remaining with the season.
