School Closures Around The Magic Valley Due To Illness
We are getting recent reports that schools around the Magic Valley are getting hit hard with illness and some schools are having to close. Currently Camas County has made the announcement that they will not be returning to school to help people get better.
Twin Falls School District has canceled all classes for Friday, January 21st due to a lack of available faculty members. The district has struggled with staffing shortages since classes resumed after Christmas break.
All schools in Fairfield will be closed on Friday, January 21st and Monday January 24th due to health concerns. They will be giving staff and students time to recover and will be cleaning the schools to help prevent any further illness. School is likely to resume on Tuesday, January 25th.
