What Could Huge Empty Building in Twin Falls Be?
Twin Falls has a decent amount of vacant buildings. They are all vacant for different reasons, but when a building becomes empty, many wonder what will be next to fill it. One of the biggest buildings in Twin Falls has become empty recently, and with a prime location, plenty of space, and no current tenant, it has many wondering what could be. The empty building has many possibilities and could be several exciting options, but what is the best option to please residents in Twin Falls?
Everise in Twin Falls Closed
Located at the intersection of Blue Lakes and Pole Line is one of the biggest buildings in town. It previously housed Everise, but after removing their sign-off the building earlier this summer, the building currently sits vacant and offers plenty of space to have a little bit of fun. Depending on how long you have been in Twin Falls, may determine how you remember this building, as it has changed owners and names many times through the years. It once again is looking for an owner, but what does Twin Falls want and need that would make this much room validated?
What Should Go in the Old Everise Building in Twin Falls?
The building offers a prime location at the busiest intersection in town, across from Target, and the mall, and with a McDonald's in the parking lot and a Costco practically next door. Whoever takes over the space will need to be something big, which is why this is the prime location and time to finally grant Twin Falls residents what they have longed for, which is a Dave and Busters. There is plenty of room, and as seen in the picture above, it also has a desk which is often at the entrance of a Dave and Busters. That isn't the only option though.
Other options for the space would be to do indoor go-karts, a massive laser tag course, indoor mini golf, indoor paintballing, or perhaps a family fun center. These are all options to add entertainment to the Magic Valley, but with so many residents clamoring for it, and a building of this size and with the ideal location, now seems like the time to make it happen.
These are only a few ideas of what could fill this big space but sadly doesn't mean that any of them will happen. The space has not been used for these types of businesses but one can hope that it will change this time around. What would you like to see this space used as? Something fun for Twin Falls residents, a grocery store, a company for office work, or something else?
