Porked Out, one of the many delicious food trucks in Twin Falls, is open again. After a couple of weeks off, they have reopened this week, with new food items on their menu. They will be open all week from 11 AM until 4:30 PM behind the Albertsons along Blue Lakes Boulevard. This week, their schedule is slightly different due to the cold weather. Normal hours are 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which will resume when the weather warms up. Some of their new items are a burger they will rotate out every two weeks and a shredded tri-tip Philly with truffle cheese sauce.
