When Will Twin Falls See Unbearably Hot Temps?
Twin Falls has experienced a relatively mild summer so far in terms of temperatures. However, if you're wondering when we can expect some scorching hot weather in the 90s or even triple digits, here's the scoop.
Brilliant weather on tap for Highway 30 Music Fest
This week, during Highway 30 Music Fest, we're in for some excellent concert-going weather. Wednesday and Friday will be the coolest days of the event, with temperatures hovering around 70 degrees or just above. Thursday and Saturday will be the hottest days, with highs reaching around 80 degrees.
Just remember that while it might be shorts and T-shirt weather during the day, don't forget to bring along some warmer clothes for the evenings. Wednesday's low will drop to 43 degrees, and the rest of the week will see lows around 50 or so.
Getting warmer as we head into the last week of June
Looking ahead, we can anticipate a gradual increase in temperatures as we move into the following week. During the week of June 26th, highs will inch closer to the 90-degree mark, and we might even have low 90s temps by July 1st.
Will we see 100 degrees in July?
As for July, most of the month looks like we'll see high temperatures in the mid-90s. While it's still a bit early to pinpoint exactly when we'll hit triple digits, it's safe to say that we won't be reaching anywhere close to 100 degrees for the remainder of June. And if you’re into it, the Farmer’s Almanac says that we won’t see the hottest weather of the season until mid to late July.
100+ is coming... Just not quite yet.
So, get ready to enjoy Highway 30 Music Fest with pleasant temperatures this week, and prepare yourself for some warmer days as we head into July. Remember to stay hydrated and keep an eye out for any updates on the weather forecast as it can always change.
