8 Events to Have Fun This Chilly November Weekend in the Magic Valley
Another week is ending, one week closer to Thanksgiving and Christmas. While the holidays are still a bit away, there is still fun to be had though in the Magic Valley. Friday, November 15- Little Miss Christmas Pageant
Christmas is still over a month away but many are in the spirit already. If you want to get into the Christmas Spirit this weekend, head out to Rupert to the Historic Wilson Theatre and enjoy the Little Miss Christmas Pageant happening on Friday at 6 PM. Friday, November 15 - d43 Girl's Night
From time to time ladies need a night away from their spouses, their kids, and their partners and need to enjoy a girl's night out. This Friday is the perfect opportunity for one as you can enjoy d43 Girl's Night from 6 PM to 10 PM. The event will be at 124 Main Ave Suite 203 in Twin Falls and will cost a $10 entry fee. The Magic Valley is home to some incredible plays and musicals, and this weekend will offer the chance to see one as 'Little Women The Musical' will be performed at the Orpheum Theatre. The CSI Men's basketball team is off to a good start this season, with a 3-1 start. They will look to continue their winning ways as they host two games this weekend. The game on Friday will be against Central Wyoming College, and the game on Saturday will be against tenth-ranked Indian Hills Community College-Ottumwa. It is time to begin shopping for Christmas if you haven't started yet. This weekend the 2nd annual Craft and Vendor Market will be taking place at Canyon Crest High School on Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. The market works as a FFA fundraiser. Saturday, November 16 & Sunday November 17 - Christmas Craft Show
It's not too soon to begin doing Christmas shopping and you can do so this weekend by shopping local. The Christmas Wonderland Craft Show is happening on Saturday and Sunday at Wendell Elementary School, located at 232 Boise Street in Wendell. The show will be happening from 10 AM to 5 PM on both days and will include a raffle to raise money for Broken Hearts Rescue, as well as there will be over 20 vendors, food, drinks, and more. Who doesn't enjoy playing Bingo? The anticipation of waiting for the next letter and number to be called is a thrill.
