When it comes to being diverse, the more people, typically the more diverse the state. WalletHub recently ranked the states from most diverse to least diverse and used several categories to do so, such as socioeconomic diversity, cultural diversity, economic diversity, household diversity, religious diversity, and political diversity. Using these categories, it was determined that California is the most diverse state, with Texas being second, and Hawaii surprisingly coming in third. The least diverse state in the country is West Virginia, with Maine being the second least diverse, and New Hampshire rounding out the bottom three.
