What would you do? What would you do if you could have one piece of sports memorabilia in the state of Idaho? Who would you want it to be from? What would you want them to sign? There have been some great athletes that have come through the state of Idaho. Some college legends, some professional Hall of Famers, or do you choose a player you liked that is more off the radar? Perhaps we go a different route, and you can have one autograph from a celebrity who is known to visit or be from Idaho, but which one would you choose? If given the chance to meet and have one piece of sports or celebrity memorabilia, what would you do?

When it comes to collecting sports memorabilia, there are a few different types of people. Some are avid collectors and will pay anything to get what they want, and then some casual collectors mostly stick with their favorite players or teams. With no professional sports teams in Idaho, most collectors would be assumed to enjoy getting stuff from Boise State athletes, but that might not be the case. While some legends have come through the program like Kellen Moore, Jared Zabransky, Ian Johnson, Leighton Vander Esch, Austin Pettis, Titus Young, Jay Ajayi, Demarcus Lawrence, and many more, are those the athletes you'd want to have if you could only meet one and have one thing signed? Many in the state are fans of other teams, other than Boise State.

While most think of Boise State football in Idaho, perhaps you prefer a different sport like basketball, baseball, hockey, tennis, golf, or something else. Living in Idaho doesn't mean everyone cheers for Boise State or likes football. There are many professional teams to cheer for. Seattle isn't too far, Denver is a day's drive, Las Vegas is the closest NFL city, or perhaps you like the Utah Jazz, since they are the closest professional team of any major sport to Southern Idaho. There would be a lot to think about when it comes to one piece of memorabilia to own, or perhaps you aren't a sports fan and would prefer to meet somebody else.

With Idaho being home to some of the best skiing areas in the country and some of the best fishing, many celebrities are known to escape their busy lives and escape to the Gem State for some peace. Many have been spotted through the years, but if you could meet one and get a picture or autograph, which would you choose? Would you want a movie star? Would you want to meet someone from one of your favorite TV shows? Would you prefer a celebrity known to be friendly or funny in real life? Would you prefer one of your favorite musicians? There would be a lot to consider when it comes to choosing who to meet, but then choosing what to have signed would be another task.

Getting autographs for a collection or meeting a celebrity you admire are things that many of us look forward to in life, but rarely get the chance to do. It can be a fun moment and make for a great story, or it can be disappointing if the person isn't the way you thought they were. Hopefully, that isn't the case if you get to meet your favorite athlete or celebrity. If you had to choose one to meet, or one piece of sports memorabilia to have, what would you do?
