This year marks the end of a long standing Christmas tradition: the Rock Creek Christmas Lights--which locals call the "South Hills Lights." This is the final year to drive out to the South Hills and see the lights at the Wojcik's home, walk through the display, and feed 'Bull' the Camel.

However, next year will see the beginning of a new holiday tradition.

For Christmas 2013, the Rock Creek Christmas lights will move down the road to the Rock Creek General Store. In a statement on their Facebook page, they explain why the Magic Valley holiday tradition is being changed.

Moving the lights will prevent it from taking over the Wojcik's home, as it seems to get bigger and bigger every year.

So Bull the Camel and the Rock Creek Christmas Lights, which take over 3 months, and a crew of 10 to set up every year, will continue into 2013 and beyond, just at a new location.
