The Magic Valley is continuing to grow and adding new businesses every week, it seems. It is always exciting to see a new retail store, business, or restaurant move into town and see what they have to offer. Over the years, many places have left the Magic Valley, with most never returning, but some have returned, like Papa John's and Chipotle, with success. Another restaurant has returned to town, and they are ready for your business. A new restaurant is now officially open in the Magic Valley and is waiting for you to stop by and enjoy a meal.

For months, the Magic Valley has been waiting for Costa Vida to open in Twin Falls. The restaurant chain once called Twin Falls home, and after years away, has finally returned. Since Boomerang Coffee in Twin Falls closed two years ago, residents were left wondering what would fill the vacant building, and it was announced earlier this year that Costa Vida would be that business. After months of waiting, the Mexican restaurant chain is now open and ready for business in Twin Falls. Their hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM, and they are located at 334 Cheney Drive W in Twin Falls. Unlike their previous stay, this time the restaurant will offer a drive thru.

For those unfamiliar with Costa Vida, it is a place where you can order your food and watch it be made in front of you, meaning you are getting a fresh meal. They offer tacos, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas, Baja bowls, nachos, and more. They offer a variety of meats to choose from, as well as multiple salsas you can enjoy, from mild to very spicy, or you can enjoy their queso with your chips. If you enjoy fresh Mexican food, it is a great place to go and sit down and have a meal.
