In-N-Out Burger Is No Longer the Best Burger in ID, WA, and UT

Nothing beats a good hamburger grilled at home during the summer, but for those who don't have a grill, don't have time to do it, or are on the go and want a good burger, there are many places to choose from, especially in Idaho, Washington, and Utah. When it comes to getting a great burger there is one place that has been atop the list for years, but they are no longer number one and a new place is home to the best burger.

The Top 10 Burger Places in Idaho, Washington, and Utah

When it comes to the best places to get a burger, many think of fast food places to grab one on the go, while others think of a good place to sit down and enjoy a good burger. There are many options, but who has the best burger in Idaho, Washington, and Utah? USAToday.com recently released a list of the top 10 burgers in America, and the biggest surprise is that there is a new number one this year. Here is the list of top 10 burgers to enjoy.

#10 White Castle: The 1921 Slider

Coming in at number ten is a place that sadly is not in the West, but you can get their burgers in the frozen food section at many grocery stores. White Castle's 1921 slider is dubbed the tenth-best burger, and if you are ever back east, it is worth a try.

# 9 Carl's Jr: The Double Bacon Western Cheeseburger

Coming in at number nine is the Double Bacon Western Cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. Topped with delicious BBQ sauce, an onion ring, and two patties, it is filling and delicious. The burger is charbroiled instead of grilled giving it a different taste. 

# 8 Burger King: Whopper

No burger countdown would be complete without the infamous Whopper. While some consider it a classic and one of the best in the country, according to this list it comes in at number eight and is still among the best after all these years. 

# 7 Culver's: Double ButterBurger with Cheese

Culver's ButterBurgers are always good, which is why the lines are typically long when you go to order one. Get a double-butterburger the next time you are at Culver's to make sure you get everything you desire and aren't left hungry. 

# 6 Whataburger: Double Meat Whataburger

Sadly, like a few others on this list Whataburger is not in the region, but the next time you make it to the southern part of the United States, stop by a Whataburger and make sure to enjoy a Double Meat Whataburger to satisfy your burger desires. 

# 5 Five Guys: Cheeseburger

To some Five Guys is the best when it comes to hamburgers in the food industry, and despite being a little pricier, it is worth the cost to enjoy one of their freshly made burgers. If you have never tried Five Guys, make sure to get to one soon and have their cheeseburger to see if it makes your top list. 

#4 Jack in the Box: Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger

Jack in the Box has a variety of food to offer on its menu, but the best has to be the Jumbo Jack Burger, with sauce flowing out the sides, enough meat to satisfy your belly for the remainder of the day, and a soft bun to surround and contain all of it. The Jumbo Jack is a classic and still one of the best in town. 

#3 BurgerFi: BBQ Rodeo Burger

BurgerFi is not as well known as the other places on this list, and is one this writer is unfamiliar with, but if you see one, make sure to stop by and try their BBQ Rodeo Burger, as according to the list above, it is the third best burger in America. 

#2 In-N-Out: Double-Double

For years, America's number one burger has been the Double-Double at In-N-Out, but their reign, for at least this year, has come to an end. Still dubbed one of the best burgers in the country with two meat patties, cheese, lettuce, ketchup, tomatoes, and whatever else you want on it, it is tough to top the Double-Double, but for this year, it comes in at number two. 

#1 The Habit: Double Char

The new king of burgers in the country belongs to The Habit and their Double Char. Habit has been growing over the last few years and their Double Char is among the best on their menu. Stop by the nearest Habit and order a Double Char the next time you want to experience the best hamburger in Idaho, Washington, and Utah.
