Well, this sucks! We have another recall and this one is too close to bacon people. Jimmy Dean isn't taking any chances as their pulling frozen sausage that could have pieces of metal in their links.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announce in a news release that 29,028 pounds of frozen sausage has officially been recalled.

How do these recalls happen right? I mean that's a lot of money lost and trust messed with. The reports are coming from five people who say they found metal in the links of sausage. Nobody was injured but as a safety precaution, Jimmy Dean isn't taking any chances.

Jimmy Dean wants you to check your freezer or refrigerator and remove the following sausage package, 23.4-ounce packages of "Jimmy Dean HEAT 'n SERVE Original SAUSAGE LINKS Made with Pork & Turkey.
