There are a lot of construction projects happening around Twin Falls, and one of the most exciting might be the new hotel featuring dual outdoor waterslides. We’ve been watching the construction progress over the last few months, and it was just announced that the hotel is taking room reservations and hoping to open in just a few weeks, though construction delays could push the opening back a few weeks.

Either way, the hotel is close to opening, and that is exciting. Keep scrolling to see the latest pictures of the hotel, pool, and waterslide, plus a very cool first-person-view video riding the slides.

The Waterslide Hotel in Twin Falls, ID, Has a Potential Grand Opening

Most people right now refer to the hotel as the waterslide hotel, but the official name is the Splash Canyon Hotel. It sits on the corner of Pole Line Road and Bridgeview Blvd. in Twin Falls, Idaho. Once the hotel opens, it will offer an indoor waterpark (plus the outdoor waterslides), on-site breakfast, spacious suites (including family suites with bunk beds) that can sleep up to 10 people, single king bed rooms, and double queen bed rooms.

We are excited for the waterslides, and the video below shows what it is like to ride one of them, but we were also excited to learn today that the indoor pool area also features a kiddie splash pad and hot tub. Look through these pictures, and you’ll see how amazing this new hotel is going to be.

Another thing worth noting is that this hotel was approved before In-N-Out had been discussed, so congestion in the area was less of an issue during the planning meetings in 2019. Swig and Mo Betta's were also absent from the aerial parking plan when the idea was submitted.
