Check Out These 3 Fantastic Hobbit Inspired Homes Around Idaho
Normally when I look through Zillow or Airbnb listings, I focus on the homes available in Idaho. I’m not in the market to buy anything and after the recent holiday season, I have no desire to travel to a vacation rental. I just love looking at the architecture in the Gem State. But one house I just found that I love isn’t in Idaho, but it’s close.
Someone Really Loves The Lord Of The Rings
Maybe it’s because I’m a nerd, or because I just watched the Rings of Power, but my latest delve into online real estate listings had me searching for keywords like ‘Hobbit’ and ‘Tolkien’. Those searches did not disappoint. There is a super unique and creepy Hobbit home in Idaho that was listed on the Zillow Gone Wild Facebook page. It is seriously weird and you can check it out at the bottom of this story. There’s also a charming home that we wrote about a while ago in Hagerman with some serious fairytale vibes. First, I want to show you a house I found for rent that literally looks like a house from the Shire.

Hobbit House Airbnb Rental In Oregon
The Hobbit house in Oregon is incredible. From the round entrance door to the wooden beams and accents, this house could easily be home to Bilbo Baggins. Even the listing title ‘Enchanting Tolkienesque Stone Cottage In The Woods’ gets you thinking about mythical creatures and fantastic adventures.
The Tolkien house is epic but now we’ll get back to the creepy Hobbit home. This is more like the house where the redneck cousin of Bilbo would live.
