Is the New Common Core Standards Making Homework Frustrating?

As  parents, we have all been frustrated before when helping our kids with their homework, especially math homework. Many parents are having a hard time understanding the new Common Core teaching strategy.

Cassia County School District has come up with a plan. They are now offering a class for parents as a result of the Common Core standards.

This class will explain and teach parents the new techniques being used in the classroom. The interactive class is a way for parents and students to learn, at no cost to the school district. The goal is take the frustration out of homework time when it comes to parents helping students when trying to understand the new teaching strategy.
