Hopefully you got caught up on sleep this weekend.  But if you didn't, here are four ways it can affect your work if you make a habit of it.1.  You'll be less productive.  A study in 2011 found that people who have trouble sleeping cost their company 7.8 days of productivity a year.

2.  You'll get paid less.  Another recent study found that people who weren't getting enough sleep made an average of 16% MORE when they started getting just ONE extra hour of sleep a night.

3.  You'll take more sick days.  A recent study found that people who normally get less than five hours, OR more than 10 hours of sleep a night take up to nine more sick days a year.

4.  You'll get burnt out.  In 2012, researchers at Harvard found that people who get less than six hours of sleep a night are more likely to get sick of their job.  And they're also more likely to stress out about their job when they're NOT working.
