If you know me, you know that I'm the last person who should be giving any food or health advice.  When it comes to holiday chow, I dive in face first and don't look back.

But starting yesterday, I started feeling sluggish and just downright cruddy.  I know it has everything to do with the food I've been eating.  You can't move an inch in my house without running into a pie or treats.

I found this information on post holiday detox.  It recommends drinking lots of water, cutting back on sugar, load up on the veggies (more than seven servings a day) and ease back into your workout routine; that is, IF you had one to begin with.
