I love getting Christmas cards in the mail. I have received them via email but they just aren't the same.

It seems like more and more people aren't sending printed Christmas cards because of email and social networking. This just doesn't work for me because no matter how much I try to explain Facebook to my Grandma she just doesn't get it, but that's okay. Snail mail works for her.

One Christmas isn't going to save the Postal Service.  But at least it looks like they'll have something to keep themselves busy.

According to a new survey from San Jose Mercury News, 63% of people say they plan to mail a holiday card this year, whether it's a Christmas card or letter to all of their family or friends or just a regular Hallmark card.

What do think? Should we stop sending cards in the mail and start sending them via email?
