A familiar large-eyed visitor is back and apparently flexing its scapulars in a southern Idaho neighborhood. Yeah, I had to look that word up; it means shoulders.

Near the end of January, 17 puppies were rescued and taken to a shelter in Southern Idaho. All the puppies came from the same house, and the story went viral online with concerns about where they came from and interest in adopting them.
