ZZ Top guitarist and lead singer Billy Gibbons is heading out on a coast to coast road trip beginning in October for a fall tour consisting of 23 dates.

Hailed as one of the greatest guitarists of all time by many, Gibbons will be without his ZZ Top band mates for this tour. Gibbons will begin preparing for his upcoming Big Bad Blues Tour following ZZ Top's final show of their current run on August 30 in Maine.

The Big Bad Blues Tour thunders into Las Vegas on November 16. The tour is in support of Gibbon's second solo album (also called Big Bad Blues), which will be released September 21 on the Concord Records, Inc. label.
