  • There are two performances tonight at the CSI Fine Arts building. The first is ‘Favorite Poem Project.’ Students and faculty will be reciting their favorite poetry, free of charge, at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Recital Hall. The second is the Stage Door Production called ‘The Mathematics of Resonant Bodies.’ This will be a demonstration by music professor Scott Farkas on the pure tone found in all sounds – even what we often call ‘noise.’ This will be a fascinating exploration of sounds we often take for granted. The Stage Door performance is at 7:30 tonight on the Fine Arts Auditorium stage.
