Twin Falls Sound Off: Star Wars Prequels Are Worth Watching

May the Fourth be with you! Happy Star Wars Day! You can celebrate in lots of ways if you are a Star Wars fan. Maybe binge the movies, eat Star Wars themed food, wear your favorite Death Star shirt or Wookie mask. No matter how you decide to celebrate we want to know. Do you think that the Star Wars prequels are worth watching at least once?

I have a friend who has never watched the Star Wars series until the stay at home order. Now he is debating whether or not to watch the prequels, The Phantom Menace, Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith. I did not enjoy any of those to be honest with you. They were definitely the worst trilogy of the ones out right now. However, that being said I feel like everyone who enjoys Star Wars needs to watch it at least one time. Get a little bit of the story, don't have too high of hopes and just power through. Maybe I am wrong.

Other coworkers have told me that they are a waste of time and only watch them if you hate yourself. Again, maybe not the strongest performance by the writers, but a once over is worth it in my opinion. Nothing will ever compare to the first trilogy by George Lucas, that is ok. Just have an open mind and don't judge too harshly.
