
Opinion: In-N-Out Twin Falls Opening Traffic Not That Chaotic
Twin Falls new In-N-Out opened Friday, and the feeling around town from many was that all hell was going to break loose and the traffic was going to cause catastrophic delays along Blue Lakes Boulevard North near the visitor center. Well, the truth is the opening went pretty smoothly, and complete anarchy was avoided.
I drove over to the In-N-Out Friday afternoon--not to get a burger--but because I was curious how the traffic was moving near the new hotel that is being built on the canyon rim. Many people I've spoken to in the last several weeks predicted total chaos during the eatery's opening weekend.
Traffic signs along Blue Lakes Boulevard directed motorists toward the best route to take to get into the drive-thru, which was congested the entire time I was watching the process play out. Tents were up in the parking lot offering folks things like dish towels, stickers, t-shirts, and hats.

The majority of people I've spoken to plan on waiting for the excitement to calm down to avoid crazy lines before trying them out. I'm looking at October myself.

We want to congratulate the staff and management on the new endeavor. This restaurant is the brand's 441st to open. In-N-Out opened its first eatery in California in 1948.
