Bagels Make a Comeback: I Bagel Your Pardon Truck Heads to Twin Falls

For quite some time, Twin Falls has been missing that quintessential bagel fix. With beloved spots like Molly’s Bagel Bakery and Zulu Bagels closing their doors years ago, options for bagel enthusiasts have been rather scarce. Aside from places like Costco and Winco bakeries, there's been a bagel void in the Twin Falls area for what seems like ages now.

The Arrival of I Bagel Your Pardon

Say hello to "I Bagel Your Pardon Bagel Truck," set to roll into town and reignite the bagel scene in Twin Falls.

I had the pleasure of talking with owner/operator Cheryl Taylor, the brains behind I Bagel Your Pardon, and she expressed her enthusiasm for reintroducing bagels to the Magic Valley.

About the Bagels

I Bagel Your Pardon will be serving up authentic New York-style bagels, each a generous 5 inches across, straight from their mobile shop. And it's not just about the bagels; their menu promises a plethora of options. From classic plain bagels with cream cheese to specialty schmears, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and even tantalizing bagel French toast sticks, there's something to satisfy every craving. There are also plans for off-menu items like pizza bagels just to name one.

Cheryl is also mindful of dietary preferences, with plans to explore gluten-free options in the future. Keep scrolling for a link to their menu below.

Reviving a Coffee Tradition

Long-time residents might reminisce about the fantastic brews from the Rustic Retreat in Filer from back in the day. Get ready for a taste of nostalgia because I Bagel Your Pardon will be brewing up the same renowned roasts and espressos that put Rustic Retreat on the map.

A Glimpse into the Future

While no promises were made, Cheryl hinted at the possibility of a brick-and-mortar location down the line if the food truck venture proves successful. It seems the future holds exciting possibilities for the bagel-loving community of Twin Falls.
