October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Idaho is one of the worst states on the list for women to get mammograms and early detection. You see it everywhere, that early detection is the key. If you want to support the cause there are a few ways you can do that this month.

Warm Art Tattoo is offering a special every Tuesday the month of October for special pricing for breast cancer awareness tattoos. For $40 you can get a breast cancer awareness tattoo the size of a business card. Originally, that was only going to be available for one day but they wanted to raise as much money as they could. So they extended the special to every Tuesday the month of October.

Sarah LaVaughn's Nail Spa is donating 20 percent of any pink services they do the month of October. That means if you want to get pink nails done or you want to dye your hair pink, 20 percent of the proceeds will go to help early detection. I am not even a big fan of pink but I may just have to get some nails done or something.

At the beginning of November, yes, we know it isn't Breast Cancer Awareness Month at that point but it will still be for the cause, there will be a Dart Tournament Benefit. Sunday November 3rd at 55 Windbreak there will be a mixed dart tourney with drink specials, silent auction and much more. To sign up to compete it is $10 entry fee where $5 goes to MSTI Center and $5 goes into the winners pot. Sign ups start at 5 p.m. and the tournament at 6 p.m.
