Hot on the heels of dropping longtime fan favorite "Beer Never Broke My Heart" just hours before, Luke Combs has shared a hard-rocking new music video that sees him rocking through heartache. Press play above to watch!

The clip tells the story of heartbreak of all stripes, from a marriage proposal gone wrong to a high-stakes near miss on the football field. In between it all, Combs delivers a snarling, high energy performance of the anthemic track, as the downtrodden members of the audience lick their wounds and find renewed strength in the power of an ice-cold beer.

Combs began sprinkling the song, which he co-wrote with Randy Montana and Jonathan Singleton, into his set lists over a year ago. It's his first single from a forthcoming new project, following the lengthy success of 2017 debut album This One's for You.

He first began drumming up fan excitement for the new song's release in late April, posting a countdown clock and a cryptic tease of something special to come on social media. Eventually, that "something special" was revealed as the release of "Beer Never Broke My Heart," much to the excitement of fans who have been demanding the song's release ever since Combs began performing it at his live shows.

The new song also lends its name to Combs' current Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour, which is set to extend through 2019. His most recent single, "Beautiful Crazy," reached No. 1 on Billboard's Country Airplay chart; he is the first artist to achieve the top spot with each of his five first singles.
