Bookings are being taken at one of southern Idaho's premier spots for holiday sleigh rides through the mountains. This adventure also allows families to select a Christmas tree to take home afterward.

Not too many things help usher in the holiday season better than hot cocoa, a blanket, and a horse-drawn carriage ride through the snow. The staff of a Boise-area ranch is preparing for a busy couple of weeks beginning November 29 that includes warm fires, snacks, hot chocolate, wagon rides, live music, barbeque, elk viewing, and other family-friendly activities.

Along with these incredible trips through the wilderness, Idaho Sleigh Rides offers a menu of tasty food including tri-tip prepared by its kitchen crew.
