The game of golf claims many victims every year to lost balls, atrocious putting, plus 100 scores, back nine buzzes, and broken egos. However, it's not often we hear of people completely disappearing from courses and never being heard from again.

I've been a frequent golfer since the early nineties. I've had some disastrous experiences while swinging clubs at dozens of courses in the United States. I have considered giving up the game many times, but something keeps bringing me back to the clubhouse.
