Twin Falls is growing. Some people like it and others hate it, but it’s happening. New housing subdivisions are popping up where fields used to be. Restaurants are taking over vacant buildings and vacant plots of land, and somehow, the number of oil change shops and money loan centers keeps increasing.

Arguably, the most controversial construction is the new In-N-Out Burger near the Perrine Bridge. It seems like everyone has an opinion on the location, traffic impact, food quality, or some other random aspect of the plan. My opinion is that I’m interested to see how it works. It could be a disaster, or the people in charge of planning could know what they are doing, and it will be great.

What is the Latest Information on the Twin Falls In-N-Out Burger Progress?

I drove to the Twin Falls Visitor Center to check on a few things happening up there. Raising Cane’s seems to be doing pretty well, there’s a new hotel going up behind the visitor center along the canyon rim, and the In-N-Out building is on its way to looking like a restaurant.

The framing is done, the outside walls are up, and it’s enough to get a feel for what the final area is going to be like. Currently, the Outback Steakhouse sign is still up on the street corner.

The In-N-Out restaurant isn’t the only big construction project happening in that area. A 4-story hotel is being built along the canyon rim behind the Twin Falls Visitor Center.
