Does Dad Want Redneck Boot Sandals for Fathers Day?

A guy named Scotty Franklin is trying to market the idea of combining cowboy boots and flip flops. 

I can't tell if the boots are manufactured from the ground up or if these are old boots that are being repurposed. There isn't a lot of information out the manufacturing process.
