Chip Sealing – For Or Against? [poll]

Chip sealing is a practice that's used by many places as a less expensive alternative to complete resurfacing and paving.  (At least, that's they way it was explained to me.)

I can appreciate that.  But that doesn't make you feel any better when a rock cracks your windshield or if you have to spend several hours trying to remove tar off your undercarriage.

All things considered... Are you for or against chip sealing?
