GOODING, Idaho (KLIX)-A juvenile and an adult were taken to the hospital after an alcohol involved crash south of Gooding Friday evening.

According to Idaho State Police, a Gooding County Sheriff's Deputy had also been in the crash at around 7:44 p.m. on State Highway 46, just two miles south of Gooding.

The juvenile had been stopped on the highway in a Chevrolet pickup waiting to make a left turn into a private driveway when he was hit from behind by a Mercedes, driven by Eugenia Wadsworth, 31, of Twin Falls, who then hit the Gooding County Deputy that had been headed north.

The juvenile was taken to the North Canyon Medical Center by ambulance. Wadsworth was also taken to the same hospital, but by patrol vehicle. The deputy involved in the crash was not injured. The highway was completely blocked for less than two hours. The Gooding County Sheriff's Office, Gooding fire and EMS, and Idaho Transportation Department also responded to the crash.
