The Haunted Mansions Of Albion
This place is seriously scary and comes with a disclaimer that it is not recommended for kids under 8. (I've been there and I've seen older kids and even some adults ask to leave.)

Fridays & Saturdays, 7:00pm - 12:00am (Ticket sales conclude at 11:30pm)
Also open the last two Thursday's in October from 7pm-10pm

Haunted Swamp
The Haunted Swamp is ideal for those who want a good scare and stay close to home. It also comes in at a lower price point at $15 per ticket.

$15.00 per person (Sept 30 is 2 for 1 night / Oct 1 - $10 per person)
