Where Can I Dump My Christmas Tree For Free in Twin Falls?

The City of Twin Falls has opened the Christmas tree recycle center where you can dispose of your Christmas trees.

The recycle center is located at 170 Maxwell Avenue, on the east side of the Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Department building.
All trees will be ‘chipped’ into a wood mulch that is used to landscape city parks and will also be made available to YOU free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The city is asking that you do not dispose of garbage or other trees and shrubbery at the recycle center.

Gates to the recycle center will be open 24 hours through late January.

If you live in Twin Falls and PSI collects your garbage, they'll take your tree.  If you have a very large tree, it's nice if you cut it into manageable sections.
