Woman Charged w/ Lewdness for Being Topless in Front of Step Kids
A stepmom in Utah has pleaded guilt to a misdemeanor charge of lewdness to avoid facing up to ten years as a registered sex offender.
According to Salt Lake Tribune, 27 year old Tilli Buchanan was working in her garage with her husband installing insulation in the ceiling. Reportedly, she and her husband stripped down to their underwear to avoid getting their clothes dirty, ultimately, leaving the step mom topless.
Prosecutors in the case said that she was under the influence at the time, and refused to put her shirt back on, and would only do so if her husband showed her genitals. It was the children's biological mother that reported this incident to authorities. In Utah, the State's lewdness law prevents women from showing their breasts.
The step children involved, that saw her topless, ranged in age from 9-13 years old.
