Two Hansen Men Die In Weekend Mishap

The bodies of two men from Hansen were pulled from the High-Line Canal yesterday after what appears to be a tragic accident.  Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Deputies  say the bodies of 52 year old Ricky Friel and 49 year old year old William Durfee, were pulled from a jeep in the High-Line Canal yesterday. The two men were last seen at round ten oclock Saturday night.  A passing motorist noticed a wheel sticking out of the canal Sunday morning. Authorities say It’s unclear at this point just what caused the jeep to go off the road located just west of 3800 East near 2950 North.
