Washington Street Pub In Twin Falls ID Listed For Sale

A small, quaint, neighborhood drinking spot for Twin Falls locals appears to be for sale, according to signage placed on the sidewalk just outside the dwelling.

Twin Falls has no shortage of establishments people refer to as a corner bar, and one familiar pub to area residents sits just off Washington Street, with signage a few feet from the entrance, placed there by a local real estate agent. Yelp describes the watering hole that features billiards as a 'dive bar,' with four out of five stars awarded by patrons.

The Hideout Bar in Twin Falls is described as a "no-frills beer bar with pool, shuffleboard, and other bar games in a laid-back setting," according to what popped up on Google. The last post on the bar's Meta page was on January 3, 2015, so there was no announcement of a sale on social media. Information on the Meta page says the bar has operated for over three decades.

Real Estate Signage Outside The Hideout Bar In Twin Falls Lists It As For Sale

There are two addresses also linked to the business when doing a search on the Internet. One comes up as 157 Washington Street, and the other 157 2900 East Road, which confused Google Maps when I tried to locate the place on Wednesday morning. The owners couldn't have come up with a better name for it. It's listed as a 'commercial' sale on the sign facing the street.

Repeated attempts to contact the owner were met with a busy signal for hours, and the entrance door was locked on Wednesday morning when I attempted to visit the pub, despite online sources listing the business as open daily at 9 A.M.
